So KCCA officials are thugs! Very sad for our Uganda is lawless. any gun wielding thug like Komakech takes the law into their hands. Everybody involved in this thuggery in green should also be prosecuted. KCCA Directors beware!! You are not killing just animals! these are human beings, created in the image of God. they just want to live a normal life like you, thugs.
